CWVYS, The Council for Wales Voluntary Youth Service has recently developed a website to further their aim of representing, supporting and giving a collective voice to their diverse membership of national and local organisations.

The website is an informational tool for both CWVYS members and non-members. It explains about CWVYS – what they do and offer to the Voluntary Youth Sector.

The main body of the site consists of information about CWVYS and how, why and the benefits of becoming a member; information for the Voluntary Sector on policies affecting Young People in Wales; Voluntary Youth Sector Network; Training & Quality for Voluntary Youth work in Wales; Information on funding for the Voluntary Youth Sector; Participation of young people on issues that affect them; CWVYS’s work to support Youth Policy in Wales and a very useful page of links to relevant organisations. Publications and documents are easily accessible throughout the site.

The site also features information solely for members of CWVYS on events, training, funding opportunities and a chance to discuss issues with other members on their members’ notice board.
