This diverse project aims to improve the quality of the lives of local people of all ages and backgrounds by facilitating programmes to cover every aspect of health and well being. Healthy eating, exercise and complementary therapy schemes are currently in progress. The project also acts as a signposting and information service to other organisations and support groups in the area, raising awareness of existing health services and campaigning to improve these services. |
