We are starting back after a short break because of exams. We are now looking to welcome new members so if you would like to join us please let us know you can either write, phone or e mail us with your name, address, and contact number. If you want to be a young person who wants to make a difference in your area then we need you.

If you are 11 to 25 years old, living in Aberfan, Merthyr Vale or Mount Pleasant and want to have your say about your community and help change things for the better then why not join the Aberfan & Merthyr Vale Youth & Community Youth Forum.

The Youth Forum meets every three weeks in Trinity Chapel but can change to the Community Centre or Megabytes if and when the need arises. The Youth Forum is a place where young people from the area can have a voice about issues that are affecting them and work together to come up with positive and practical solutions.

As a Youth Forum Member you will be given the opportunity to get involved in a number of different activities and work closely with other agencies for the benefit of your community including Arriva Trains, Communities First, Activities for Young People and so much more.

So if you’re male or female, 11 to 25 years old, are enthusiastic and a good listener and want to make a difference, why not give Isi Smith a call on 01443 692020!
